When Everything Felt Too Much,
This Technique Brought Me Back

Thanks to the workshop, I learned how some of the methods I had been doing unconsciously for a long time can actually be pretty useful. What surprised me the most was the final part of the workshop. I wasn’t aware of this particular technique before and it inspired me the most. I felt the strongest emotions during this last practice and a deep sense of release as if suddenly nothing else mattered.

About a week later, I had a very challenging day at school. I felt like everything was about to fall apart, I couldn’t handle it anymore and I started crying. While in class, I needed to calm down quickly. So, I took a pen and paper and started using the technique I had learned at the workshop. Within a few minutes, I was focusing only on the lines on the paper and felt much better.

Surprisingly Deep Reset for the mind and body...

The meditative drawing was a really pleasant and surprisingly deep experience for me. It was playful, relaxing, and natural. My mind completely switched off and I was completely present in the moment, without thoughts and without pressure.

As I myself work in a field that helps release both body and mind, just through a different approach, I perceived this technique as a beautiful and gentle alternative. It felt refreshing, calming, and very human. After the session I left lighter with a sense of inner peace and the joy of creating.

From ‘I Don’t Know What to Paint’ to Effortless Flow.”

The creative seminar made a big impression on me. I love painting, but I never know what to paint. Now I can paint not only at home but also while travelling and most importantly, I feel truly relax while doing it.

The technique that resonated with me the most was Zentangling. That’s when I was relaxed the most, I really enjoy myself and felt that I’m in a state of flow. I lost track of time and stopped noticing what’s happening around me.

Gym doesn’t switch my mind off as much as this kind of meditation.

This meditation was a beautiful experience for me. Playful, relaxing and surprisingly deep. I switched my mind off, stopped overthinking and was simply present in the moment. Time flew by, and I left feeling calmer, lighter and with a smile on my face.
